These Terms of Service govern access to staudm.shop and purchases made through the website.
By using the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service. Mandatory statutory rights available to consumers under German or European Union law remain unaffected.
The website is operated under the trading name:
staudm.shop
Email: info@staudm.shop
These Terms apply to:
Use of the staudm.shop website
Product purchases made through the website
Customer accounts
Order processing
Payment
Delivery
Returns and refunds
Communications between customers and staudm.shop
Conflicting customer terms do not apply unless expressly accepted by us in writing.
Customers must have the legal capacity required to enter into a purchase contract.
A person placing an order on behalf of another individual or organization confirms that the person has authority to do so.
We aim to present product information accurately. Product descriptions may include information about:
Design
Color
Size
Measurements
Material
Fit
Care instructions
Availability
Colors may appear differently because of photography, lighting, screen settings, or production batches.
Measurements may vary slightly because of the measuring method or manufacturing process. Customers should review the relevant product page and size information before ordering.
Products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve it. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the affected product and refund the applicable payment.
We may limit quantities where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized resale.
Products are selected by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.
Before submitting an order, the customer can review and correct order information.
By selecting the final order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products in the cart.
An automatic order confirmation confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
A purchase contract is concluded when we:
Send a shipping confirmation;
Dispatch the products; or
Otherwise expressly accept the order.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
A product is unavailable
Payment cannot be authorized
Order information is incomplete or inaccurate
Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
A pricing or technical error is obvious
Delivery cannot reasonably be completed
The order violates applicable law or these Terms
Where payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
Prices presented to consumers include applicable value-added tax where required, unless the website clearly states otherwise.
The final price, available discounts, shipping charge, and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
All orders qualify for free standard shipping under the Shipping Policy.
We may correct obvious typographical, technical, or pricing errors.
Where an error is discovered after an order is placed, we may contact the customer and request confirmation at the correct price or cancel and refund the order.
This provision does not permit arbitrary price changes after a binding contract has been concluded.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
The customer confirms that:
Payment information is accurate
The customer is authorized to use the selected payment method
Sufficient funds or credit are available
The transaction is not fraudulent or unlawful
Payment may be processed by independent payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply.
All orders receive free standard shipping.
The estimated total delivery time is normally 15–20 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs procedures, high order volumes, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Further details are provided in the Shipping Policy.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
The customer is responsible for:
Reviewing the address before submitting the order
Providing access or information reasonably required for delivery
Monitoring tracking updates
Collecting a parcel where required
Contacting the carrier or customer service when a delivery issue occurs
Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, failed collection, or unjustified refusal may be charged where permitted by law.
Risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes to a consumer when the consumer, or a nominated third party other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
Ownership passes after full payment has been received, subject to mandatory applicable law.
Eligible consumers may generally withdraw from a distance-selling contract within 14 days of receiving the products.
Detailed instructions, exceptions, return costs, and refund procedures are provided in the Return and Refund Policy.
Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.
Customers must contact info@staudm.shop before sending a return so that the correct instructions and destination can be provided.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory withdrawal, warranty, refund, or conformity rights.
Products must comply with the applicable purchase contract and mandatory legal conformity requirements.
Customers should contact info@staudm.shop if a product is defective, materially different from its description, or otherwise non-conforming.
Available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, contract termination, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Customers may be permitted to create an account.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Keeping login credentials confidential
Preventing unauthorized account access
Informing us promptly of suspected unauthorized activity
We may suspend or restrict an account where fraud, security threats, misuse, or a violation of these Terms is reasonably suspected.
Customers and visitors must not:
Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Introduce malware or harmful code
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Interfere with website security or operation

Use the website to distribute unlawful or harmful content
Website content, including text, branding, graphics, product presentation, layout, photographs, and other materials, may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
Access to the website does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, or commercially exploited without authorization, except where permitted by law.
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment services, social media platforms, delivery services, and external websites.
Independent third parties control their own services and terms. We are not responsible for independent third-party content or practices, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
We are liable without limitation where liability cannot legally be restricted, including for:
Intentional misconduct
Gross negligence
Injury to life, body, or health
Fraudulent concealment
An expressly assumed guarantee
Liability under mandatory product liability law
For ordinary negligence involving an essential contractual obligation, liability may be limited to foreseeable and typical loss, where legally permitted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as:
Severe weather
Natural disasters
War or civil disturbance
Epidemics or public health restrictions
Strikes
Carrier network disruption
Customs delays
Government action
Power, internet, or system failures
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and perform affected obligations when reasonably possible.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
We aim to resolve customer concerns directly. Customers should first contact info@staudm.shop.
Unless legally required in a particular case, staudm.shop is not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration or conciliation body.
The former European Online Dispute Resolution Platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025 and is therefore not linked in these Terms.
These Terms are governed by German law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Where a customer is a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive the customer of mandatory protections available under the law of the customer’s habitual residence.
Mandatory statutory rules concerning consumer jurisdiction remain unaffected.
Any exclusive jurisdiction clause applies only where legally permitted, particularly in transactions involving merchants, legal entities under public law, or special public-law funds.
If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
The invalid provision will be replaced by the applicable statutory rule.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, business operations, or applicable law.
The Terms in effect when an order is placed generally govern that order unless a mandatory legal change requires otherwise.
